The purpose of the DisplaySearch Customer Satisfaction survey is to recognize top-performing companies, to establish a benchmarking process by which LCD customers and suppliers could more effectively assess their relationships. In conducting the survey, DisplaySearch received input from 17 notebook PC, desktop monitor and TV manufacturers, which rated the performance of 17 TFT-LCD suppliers, including LG.Philips LCD, based on the following categories: quality, technology, logistics, commercial terms and service and support.

DisplaySearch announced the results of its fourth annual Customer Satisfaction Survey in a recent press release, and the awards will be presented during SID 2005 (Society for Information Display 2005), which is being held in Boston, Massachusetts, from May 23 to 27 in the Hynes Convention Center.
