Shareholder Rights Protection Activities
LG Display introduced an electronic voting system in January 2021 to expand shareholders' access to shareholders' meetings, and encourages shareholders to exercise their voting rights by proxy to facilitate the exercise of their voting rights. We will continue to strive to protect shareholders' rights and enhance value.
Shareholder Composition and Status
As of the end of 2024, the total number of shares issued by LG Display is 500 million common shares. The largest shareholder of LG Display is LG Electronics Inc., which holds 183,593,206 shares, or 36.7% of the total issued shares. Other major shareholders include the National Pension Service (5.6%) and BlackRock (2.8%). There are no golden shares among the government-held shares.

Shareholder and Investor Communication
LG Display discloses information regarding its shareholders' meeting, including the date, location, and agenda, on its website and the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system (DART) two weeks prior to the meeting. In addition, the company discloses important information regarding corporate management, shareholders, and financial information on its Korean and English websites, electronic disclosure systems (DART and KIND), and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosure system.
In addition, LG Display actively communicates with shareholders and investors through various investor relations (IR) activities. Excluding the “Quiet Period” (a period from the first day of the month of performance to the day of performance announcement during which external communication is prohibited), the company conducts various IR activities such as quarterly performance briefings, regular NDR (Non-Deal Roadshow) briefings, and facility visit events to ensure that shareholders and investors fully understand the company's business and management activities. In 2024, we conducted a total of 146 IR meetings in both in-person and virtual formats.
