New Employees for Office Positions

Office Position Hiring Procedure

  • Document Review

  • Step 1
    Document Review
    The document screening is performed by reviewing the application documents and LG Display's hiring plan.. (Since the letter of self-introduction is used for both document review and interview, it should be stated sincerely and honestly.)
  • Step 2
    Personality/Attitude
    People who passed the document screening are subject. It evaluates the overall character and aptitude for organization and work performance.
  • Step 3
    Interview
    The first and second interview (group verbal interview, PT interview, etc.) evaluate the conformation to LG Display's concept of human talent, basic competency and character of the applicant.
  • Step 4
    Medical Examination
    It is conducted by the testing agency designed by LG Display.
  • Step 5
    Final Selection
    The finally hired person will be cultivated as a member of LG Display through the OJT after the group and company training and assignment of the department.

    It is conducted by the testing agency designed by LG Display.
  • Step 4
    Final Selection
    The finally hired person is subject to in-house training and OJT.

    • Personality test : Evaluation of fitness of the candidate to check if the candidate conform to LG Display's concept of human
      talent and jobs
    • Medical Examination : Conducted by a designated agencyMedical examination: Conducted by a designated agency
    • Written test : Evaluation of basic academic achievement and evaluation of basic technical skill
      (electrical/electronics and mechanical)

    Final Selection
    The finally hired person is subject to in-house training and OJT.
